Meet The Team

Tim loves the Lord and loves people. He has lived as a missionary in Honduras and volunteered with both youth and worship for more than half of his life. Tim holds a degree in music ministry from Trevecca Nazarene University. His favorite food is baleadas (A food native to Honduras).

Cym married her high school sweetheart, Tim, in 1984.  She graduated from Southwest Baptist University in 1982 and has been serving in ministry since that time.  She loves spending time with her 9 grandkids, reading and camping.  You'll be able to find her around the church with a Sonic coke in her hand.

Alona has 3 years of training and over 7 years of experience in Children's ministry. Today she falls more in love with God and his ministry every day and her heart overflows as a result. Alona's favorite book is a close tie between The Help and To Kill a Mockingbird. 

Brenda is a Missouri native and has worked for the Southern Baptist Convention and Missouri Baptist Convention as a professional writer. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Journalism and has also taken several Masters-level courses at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Previously, she was the worship leader, a Sunday School teacher, and deaconess at another church in the area.
